GAZA, Feb. 03 (YPA) – Hamas movement said on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation has been continuing to restrict the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
This came in parallel with the practices of abuse and mistreatment of Palestinians returning through the Rafah crossing.
In a statement, spokesman of the movement, Hazem Qasem, confirmed that no actual improvement has been recorded in the pace of aid entry, In light of the tragic conditions of the displaced inside tents that do not protect the cold or rain, and the continued denial of fuel and gas entry only in scarce quantities, in violation of the ceasefire agreement in force since last October.
He explained that the number of aid trucks actually entering the Strip is less than half of the figures announced by the occupation, which exposes the falsity of the “Israeli” claims about facilitating relief.
