Sanaa commends Iran’s resilience against external conspiracies

SANAA, Jan. 11 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister of the Sanaa government, Abdulwahid Abu Ras, praised on Sunday the Iranian government’s responsible handling of recent domestic events, stating it reflects a commitment to national security and stability.

“The awareness of the Iranian people constitutes the impregnable fortress against which all conspiracies are shattered,” the Sanaa-based official Saba news agency quoted Abu Ras as saying.

He noted that the same international actors claiming concern for Iranian citizens are those who have imposed decades of unjust sanctions and waged direct aggression against the nation.

The deputy minister asserted that “the United States and the Zionist entity are attempting to achieve through internal unrest what they failed to accomplish through military force or economic blockades.”

Furthermore, he dismissed threats made by Donald Trump, suggesting the U.S. leadership should focus on domestic grievances—citing recent protests in Minneapolis—rather than interfering in the sovereignty of free nations.

Abu Ras concluded by expressing full confidence in the ability of Iran’s leadership and people to overcome these challenges, as they have successfully done in the past.
