Zionist soldier moderately wounded by resistance gunfire in Nabulus

NABLUS, Jan. 11 (YPA) – A Zionist soldier was wounded on Sunday morning during an operation in Nablus in the occupied West Bank, the Israeli occupation army announced.

A spokesperson for the occupation army stated that a soldier sustained moderate injuries as a result of gunfire that targeted a force during its incursion into Nablus.

At dawn today, special Israeli forces raided the Old City of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, where an armed clash erupted between resistance fighters and the invading forces .

Local sources reported that a special unit of the occupation army infiltrated the Yasmina neighborhood in the Old City of Nablus before being discovered and coming under fire from resistance fighters, after which large forces of the occupation army stormed the area.

Video footage showed the moment members of a special occupation unit fled after being discovered and as armed clashes broke out.
