Dhamar province records third earthquake since late November

DHAMAR, Dec. 25 (YPA) – The Seismological and Volcanological Monitoring Center reported a 2.0 magnitude earthquake in the Rusaba area, north of Dhamar city, at 12:40 AM on Wednesday.

Classified as a light tremor, this marks the third seismic event in the province since late November. It follows a 2.3 magnitude quake recorded last Sunday approximately 9 km northeast of the city.
