IOF launches mass arrest campaign across West Bank

WEST BANK, Dec. 15 (YPA) -Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched a widespread campaign of raids and arrests across the occupied West Bank in the morning  of  Monday, targeting  a large number of Palestinian citizens.

IOF arrested a freed prisoner after raiding his home in the village of Fasayil, north of the city of Jericho.

IOF conducted extensive raids in the towns of Beit Rima and Kafr Malik, north of Ramallah.

A large force of the occupation army stormed the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah, and arrested a number of citizens.

In the early hours of the morning, IOF arrested a blind man identified as Sheikh Ali Hannoun (60 years old), in the village of Mazra’a al-Gharbiya, located northwest of Ramallah.

IOF also raided the town of Madama, south of Nablus. IOF stormed the Aqabat Jabr Refugee Camp in the city of Jericho, and the town of Attil, north of the city of Tulkarem, and carried out arrests.

IOF also stormed the Qalandiya Refugee Camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, and continued its incursions into the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.
