GAZA, Dec. 04 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) described the Israeli occupation attack targeting displaced persons’ tents near the Kuwaiti Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip—which resulted in killing and injuring of several people, including children—as a “war crime.”
In a statement, the movement considered the attack a “blatant disregard for the ceasefire agreement,” holding the Israeli occupation “fully responsible for the repercussions of this escalation.”
Hamas further called upon mediators and guarantor states to urgently restrain “Israel” and prevent it from evading its obligations under the agreement, primarily the cessation of shelling against civilians, residential areas, and displaced persons’ camps.
