Gaza resistance factions call to oblige Israeli occupation to carry out items of ceasefire deal

GAZA, Dec. 03 (YPA) – The Palestinian resistance factions renewed on Wednesday their call to oblige the Israeli occupation to implement its obligations contained in the ceasefire deal.

In a statement, they stressed that any delay or procrastination might threaten the path of truce.

The statement explained that mediators and guarantor countries should exercise their role in ensuring the opening of the Rafah land crossing in both directions, as stipulated by the Sharm el-Sheikh Agreement and Security Council resolution 2803.

It noted that the continued closure constituted a fundamental violation of the truce understandings.

The factions’ statement warned against attempts to limit the opening of the crossing in one direction or circumvent the terms of the agreement, as reported in Hebrew reports, considering that any manipulation of the agreed benefits would be met with a unified Palestinian rejection.
