Hamas considers Israeli military operation in West Bank systematic crime against Palestinians

GAZA, Nov. 26 (YPA) – The Hamas movement considered on Wednesday that the announcement by the Israeli occupation army of the start of a new military operation, incursions, and arrests in the occupied West Bank, the systematic criminality practiced by the extremist Israeli occupation government against the Palestinian people.

The movement said in a statement on Wednesday that the operation comes within a declared policy at crushing any Palestinian presence and imposing full control over the West Bank, by turning cities and towns into besieged and separated areas and preventing the manifestations of normal life in service of the settlement project.

The statement stressed that the Israeli escalation would not succeed in undermining the will of the Palestinians or the steadfastness of the resisters, stressing that the resistance has proven its ability to continue and take root in the land.

The movement’s statement called for strengthening national unity and coordinating popular, political and field efforts to confront the open war in the West Bank.

It called on the international community to take action to stop the attacks and hold the occupation accountable for its violations of international law.
