OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Nov. 24 (YPA) – ‘Israeli’ Army Radio reported Monday morning the Israeli military has raised the alert level of its air-defense systems in the country’s north.
According to the report, the military is “preparing for a new round aimed at weakening Hezbollah” and intends to continue its strikes in Lebanon, as stated by the broadcaster.
The move comes a day after “Israel” and Hezbollah both confirmed the assassination of senior Hezbollah military commander Abu Ali al-Tabtabai.
He was killed on Sunday in a precisely targeted Israeli airstrike on Beirut’s southern suburbs. The attack also killed five others and wounded 28 people.
