5 people killed, 20 injured in Israeli airstrike on southern suburbs of Beirut

BEIRUT, Nov. 23 (YPA) – The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that five people were killed and 20 others were wounded in an initial count due to Israeli enemy’s raid on the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

The Israeli occupation had previously targeted an apartment in a residential building in Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut.

Meanwhile, the deputy head of Hezbollah’s political council, Mahmoud Qamati, confirmed that the Israeli occupation targeted a senior jihadist figure in the party, and that Hezbollah is verifying the identity of the targeted leader.
