SANAA, Nov. 20 (YPA) – Hamas’s representative in Yemen, Mo’az Abu Shamala, affirmed that the movement rejected UN Security Council Resolution 2803, which practically transfers the Gaza Strip from Zionist occupation to American colonial rule.
In a news statement, Abu Shammala pointed out that there were communications with Hamas to persuade it to accept the proposed force, and the position of the factions was clear that any force entering Gaza would be a party to the conflict.
He explained that Arab countries have begun working to recruit 30,000 Palestinian police officers to enter Gaza under the new Trump administration.
Abu Shammala emphasized that the message from Sanaa-based Chief of Staff Major General Youssef Al-Madani to Hamas provided the Palestinian resistance with moral support and gave political backing to the Palestinian negotiator.
He added that the support being provided by Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, under the motto: ‘You are not alone,’ was reflected in Yemen’s positions through its army and people, which the Palestinian people have felt, and the Americans have been unable to stop.
Hamas’s representative indicated that the Zionist aggression on the Ain al-Hilweh camp reflects the enemy’s concern over the significant steps taken by the resistance forces, Hezbollah and Hamas, in rebuilding themselves.
“The West Bank is in great danger, as the enemy is pushing for displacement through increasing aggression, cutting off livelihoods, setting up checkpoints, and committing assaults by invaders,” Abu Shammala added.
