SANAA, Nov. 12 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Supreme Judicial Council approved on Wednesday the appointment of three judges as heads of the newly established courts in the capital’s districts of Al-Wahda, Al-Tahrir, and Old Sanaa, in accordance with the law.
During a regular meeting chaired by its head, Judge Dr. Abdul-Mu’min Shuja’a al-Din, the council discussed several requests and grievances submitted by members of the judiciary and made appropriate decisions regarding them.
The Council also approved the establishment of the Primary Prosecution Office to the districts of Houth and Al-Ashah of Amran province, to be headquartered in Houth City.
The transfer of a number of judges to work in various courts and prosecution offices was also accepted.
