Yemeni meteorology renews warnings of cold snap, frost on highlands

SANAA, Nov. 09 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning in Yemen renewed its warnings on Sunday to citizens in Sanaa and mountainous highland areas regarding extremely cold weather conditions.

The center advised that necessary precautions should be taken to protect the elderly, children, the sick, and workers during the night and morning hours from these cold conditions.

The center specifically warned farmers about the formation of frost in the governorates of Dhamar, Sanaa, Amran, Bayda, and Saada, urging them to implement appropriate measures to protect their crops from damage.
