LONDON, Nov. 05 (YPA) – Contracts worth millions of pounds sterling signed by the Saudi State Security Presidency with an obscure British company have sparked a major financial and security scandal.
NSA Training Ltd, registered in London with a capital of no more than £50,000, and operated from a residential apartment in South London with no physical headquarters or employees.
The company changed its name five times a year, in a move described as a “repackaging” aimed at concealing its true financiers.
The contracts were signed under the guise of “training state security officers in preparation for Expo 2030 and the 2034 World Cup,” despite confirmation that no actual training programs were taking place.
Sources familiar with the matter revealed that part of the value of these contracts was transferred through intermediaries to offshore accounts in Switzerland linked to Abdul Aziz Al-Huwayrini, as part of money laundering operations carried out under the guise of “security consulting”, indicating serious financial irregularities within the Supreme Security Authority.
