Israeli occupation violates Gaza ceasefire

GAZA, Nov. 05 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, carrying out airstrikes, artillery shelling, and demolishing Palestinian homes in various areas across the enclave.

Palestinian sources report that Israeli artillery bombed areas in the east of Al-Bureij refugee camp and east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, while Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire east of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Strip.

In addition, Israeli forces continued to demolish Palestinian homes east of Khan Younis, as Israeli warplanes launched strikes in those areas. The occupation air force also carried out an airstrike on the eastern parts of Gaza City.

The ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip came into effect on October 11, 2025, following two years of Israeli genocide that left nearly 70,000 Palestinians martyred and more than 170,000 injured.

According to a report by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire began has risen to 238, with an additional 600 people injured.
