SANAA, Nov. 04 (YPA) – The stations of the Yemeni Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring and Study Center recorded a strong earthquake, on Tuesday afternoon, in one of the Emirati cities located in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula.
A bulletin issued by the Earthquake Monitoring and Study Center in Dhamar confirmed that the stations recorded an earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale at 3:40 PM near the Emirate of Fujairah, located on the Sea of Oman in the United Arab Emirates.
The center’s bulletin added that another earthquake measuring 5.9 was recorded at 6:45 AM in Kamchatka.
