Israeli occupation forces target southern Gaza amid ongoing ceasefire violations

GAZA, Nov. 04 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued their daily violations of the ceasefire agreement early Tuesday, launching airstrikes on areas east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, in conjunction with the demolition of homes in the region.

Mediators involved in the Gaza ceasefire called on “Israel” to halt the violations and allow humanitarian aid to enter in sufficient quantities, as stipulated in the Trump plan.

The humanitarian situation in the besieged enclave remains dire, with Israeli occupation continuing to control the entry of scarce aid supplies.

Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said that Qatar is working with the United States under the Gaza peace agreement to define specific authorities and provide a clear mandate for the international forces that will participate under the accord.

He added, “These international forces must ensure the security of all, Palestinians and Israelis alike, so that neither side poses a threat to the other.”
