Ten injured in stabbing attack on train in Britain

LONDON, Nov. 02 (YPA) – British police have arrested two suspects over a mass stabbing on board a train heading to London late on Saturday, which left ten people wounded, including nine in critical condition.

Emergency services rushed to Huntingdon railway station in Cambridgeshire following alerts of the attack, halting the train there.

In a statement on X, British Transport Police said that ten people had been taken to hospital after multiple stabbings. Nine are believed to have sustained life-threatening injuries.

The statement noted that counterterrorism units are assisting the investigation.
