Meteorology warns residents of Sana’a, other six governorates of cold weather

SANAA, Oct. 13 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, and workers during the evening and morning periods in the mountainous highlands, of the relatively cold weather.

In its 24-hour weather bulletin, the center warned citizens and drivers in areas where rain is expected to stay away from valleys and torrents, crossing ground bridges, thunderstorms, and poor horizontal visibility.

It also warned sea-goers, fishermen, and ship captains of rough seas and high waves around the Socotra Archipelago, the eastern Gulf of Aden, and the eastern coastlines.
