RAMALLAH, Oct. 13 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided, at dawn on Monday, a number of homes of prisoners scheduled to be released today as part of the ceasefire agreement, in several towns and villages in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate.
Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces raided the homes of prisoners in the towns of Abwein, Mazra’ al-Nubani, and Aroura, north of Ramallah; Beit Rima, Kafr Ni’ma, Deir Ibzi’, Ein Arik, and Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah; Na’ali, west of Ramallah; Deir Jarir and Silwad, east of Ramallah; and the Umm al-Sharait neighborhood and al-Amari refugee camp in al-Bireh.
Meanwhile, the occupation tightened their military measures at the Ein Siniya and Atara checkpoints, north of Ramallah, and assaulted a citizen at the Ein Siniya checkpoint after stopping dozens of vehicles entering the city.
