Gaza’s Interior Ministry announces security deployment after Israeli occupation army’s withdrawal

GAZA, Oct. 10 (YPA) – The Ministry of Interior and National Security in the Gaza Strip announced on Friday that its agencies have begun a comprehensive security deployment across the Strip’s governorates.

This follows the enforcement of the ceasefire agreement and the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation army from certain areas.

In a statement released today, the ministry clarified that the deployment aims to “restore order and address the manifestations of chaos” that the occupation forces allegedly sought to spread “over the course of two years.”

In a related context, local media outlets reported the launch of a wide-ranging security campaign to hold accountable those involved in looting, road blockages, and collaboration with the occupation during the recent “genocide war.”

Palestinian media have published photos showing Internal Security personnel actively deploying at the main intersections of Gaza City.
