SANAA, Oct. 02 (YPA) – A senior official from Ansarullah has condemned Israel’s interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla, calling it a “criminal act” against a peaceful humanitarian mission aimed at breaking the blockade on Gaza.
Speaking to the state-run SABA news agency, Mohammed Al-Farrah, a member of the Ansarullah political bureau, said: “The interception of this flotilla in international waters, and the subsequent seizure of its vessels, constitutes a clear violation of international law and an act of aggression that reveals the true character of this rogue entity.”
He added, “It is a supremacist regime fundamentally opposed to humanity itself that shows blatant disregard for innocent lives, defies the international community without restraint, and stands in opposition to all of humanity.”
Al-Farrah called on people across the world toto protest and condemn what he described as a “crime against humanity,” urging international community to prosecute Israeli officials responsible for the incident.
He warned that attacks on such missions, and the continued blockade of Gaza, threaten global peace and security.
The official also criticized the silence of the international community, saying it only encourages “Israel” to commit more crimes.
