QUDS, Sept. 05 (YPA) – About 50 acts of resistance and popular activities were carried out against Israeli occupation forces and settlers in the occupied West Bank and Al Quds over the past week.
In a periodic statistic, the Ma’ti Palestine Information Center reported on Friday that the most prominent of these attacks was a single armed clash between Palestinian fighters and occupation forces, in addition to the detonation of five explosive devices targeting Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in various areas of the West Bank.
The report noted that 38 confrontations broke out between Palestinian youths and occupation forces, including the throwing of stones and Molotov cocktails at the soldiers. Meanwhile, residents repelled two attacks by settlers during the same period.
Additionally, the West Bank also witnessed four popular demonstrations in support of the resistance, in commemoration of the martyrs, prisoners, and wounded, and in rejection of the occupation’s ongoing attacks.
