WEST BANK, Sept. 03 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished two homes in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, on Wednesday.
Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Khader, positioned themselves in the “Ard Al-Deir” area, closed it off, and proceeded to demolish two two-story homes belonging to local residents Mohammad Adnan Abu Amous and Hassan Yousef Salah.
The same source added that IOF fired tear gas and sound bombs at citizens to prevent them from reaching the demolition site. No injuries were reported.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the occupation carried out 57 demolitions in August, affecting 125 structures, including 39 inhabited homes, 52 agricultural facilities, and 20 livelihood facilities.
