Ansarullah vows retaliation for Israeli killing of Yemeni leaders

SANAA, Aug. 31 (YPA) -The Political Bureau of Ansarullah has vowed retaliation against the Israeli enemy following the assassination of Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed Ghalib Al-Rahwi and several cabinet ministers in an Israeli aggression on Sana’a last Thursday.

In a statement, the bureau condemned the strike as a “cowardly Israeli aggression” and a war crime, stressing that it reflects the broader pattern of Israeli assaults across the region — from Palestine and Lebanon to Syria, Iran, and now Yemen.

The statement described the slain officials as “martyrs on the path to Al-Quds, whose blood has been united with that of the oppressed people of Palestine,” adding that their deaths embody Yemen’s unwavering commitment to the Palestinian cause.

“From their positions of responsibility, they carried the banner of Palestine alongside Yemen’s banner,” the bureau affirmed.

Ansarullah pledged that Yemen will remain steadfast in supporting Gaza and Palestine, warning that “dark days await the Zionist entity. Vengeance will not rest; the coming days, nights, and battlefields will decide — victory or martyrdom.”
