Iran demands “FIFA” expel “Israel” from federation

TEHRAN, July 23 (YPA) – The Iranian Football Federation has called on FIFA to expel Israel from the federation.

The president of the Iranian Football Federation, Mehdi Taj, said on Tuesday that his federation had sent a letter to FIFA demanding the expulsion of the usurping Israeli entity from the international federation, according to the Iranian Mehr News Agency.

Taj said, “The Zionists attacked the Football Federation and the Iranian national team camp and killed our referee and player. They must be expelled from FIFA.”

He added that the football community has made significant progress in this regard, and “I hope FIFA will pay attention to Israel’s crimes.”
