Tehran rejects US allegations about sending military equipment to Yemen

TEHRAN, July 17 (YPA) -Iran’s Foreign Ministry has rejected US allegations that Tehran has sent military equipment to Yemen.

In its statement, the ministry said that the US allegations are baseless and part of a propaganda campaign against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It added, “These accusations aim to justify the continued US military presence in the region and fabricate pretexts to support Washington’s destabilizing policies.”

According to the statement, the US allegations come amid the Zionist entity’s escalating crimes in Gaza using American weapons and are merely an attempt to distract from the enemy’s crimes in the region.
