COPENHAGEN, July 10 (YPA) – The Danish online fashion website “Netwaker13” sparked widespread controversy after launching a new clothing collection titled “Global Intifada”, featuring slogans and designs opposing the Israeli occupation.
The collection, which was launched on the website, included T-shirts emblazoned with slogans such as “Zionists Are Not Welcome Here, “Free Palestine,” and “Resistance is the Deepest Form of Love”, as well as images of Abu Ubaida, the military spokesman for the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas.
In one of the designs, Abu Obeida’s face appeared merged with a map of Palestine on a black background, which the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth considered to be public support for Hamas.
The price of items in this collection reaches almost $35, with the site imposing additional shipping fees on orders to the occupied territories, a clear indication of its refusal to sell to “Israel”.
According to the site’s description. This move sparked a wave of criticism from settlers, who considered it to be incitement and clear discrimination.
