Iranian commander warns US, “Israel” of repeating attack on Iran
THERAN, June 29 (YPA) – General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces-affiliated Khatam-al Anbiya Central Headquarters, said on Sunday the enemies should know that if they repeated their aggression against Iran, they would face a more severe and painful response.
In an official statement, the headquarters emphasized that the United States and “Israel” did not abide by international laws and resolutions, warning that their dark history in the region would undermine any possibility of trusting their commitments.
“The Iranian armed forces are carefully and cautiously monitoring the movements of the enemies and are at the highest levels of readiness and preparedness,” it added. “That any new aggression will be met with a more severe and powerful response.”
The statement pointed out that the Israeli-American aggression strengthened the unity of the ranks, the solidarity and cooperation among the Iranian people.
It also noted that the people’s participation in the million-man funeral procession for the martyred leaders shattered the dreams and illusions of the Zionists and Americans.
The headquarters’ statement affirmed that Iran would not hesitate to confront any aggression and achieve the goals of the martyrs, and that the armed forces “are ready and fully prepared to do what is necessary.”
