Billboards go up showing Arab leaders set to join “Abraham Accords”

YAFFA, June 26 (YPA) -Massive billboards featuring prominent Arab leaders alongside former US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have appeared across Tel Aviv in a bold campaign promoting further Arab-Israeli normalization under the banner of the Abraham Accords.

The campaign, launched by a group called the Coalition for Regional Security, bears slogans such as “This is the Time of the New Middle East” and “Abraham Accords,” suggesting a renewed push to expand the US-brokered agreements that began in 2020.

The billboards featuring images of high-profile Arab figures, including:

  1. Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia
  2. Joseph Aoun, Commander of the Lebanese Army, labeled “President of Lebanon”
  3. Ahmad al-Sharaa (al-Julani), leader of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, labeled “New President of Syria”
  4. Mahmoud Abbas, President of the Palestinian Authority
  5. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, President of Egypt
  6. King Abdullah II of Jordan
  7. Mohammed bin Zayed, President of the UAE
  8. Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman
  9. King Mohammed VI of Morocco

Behind the figures, an image of the White House was displayed, signaling official US support for this dangerous project—specifically during Trump’s administration.

In this context, Steve Witkoff, Trump’s envoy to the Middle East, said in a media statement:

“We believe that we will soon announce major developments regarding countries joining the Abraham Accords. What you’re seeing now is the beginning of a new map for the region.”

This comes amid the ongoing killings and acts of genocide carried out by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip, with full support from the United States and Western governments, alongside Arab and regional complicity and global inaction.

According to critics, this campaign is a part of Washington’s broader effort to eliminate the Palestinian cause entirely.
