GAZA, June 18 (YPA) – At least 34 Palestinian citizens were killed and dozens wounded on Wednesday morning by Israeli occupation forces’ fire and shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources reported that 11 citizens were killed and dozens of aid-seekers were wounded by Israeli fire and shelling near Wadi Gaza in the central Gaza Strip.
They added that the occupation forces also committed a massacre in the Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip after bombing a home belonging to the al-Ghamri family. Ten citizens were killed, including the father, mother, and their children.
Eight citizens were also killed and others were wounded when the occupation forces bombed a house near the Ali Mosque in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City. Five other citizens were killed, including the father, mother, and their two children from the Rasras family. Others were wounded when Israeli aircraft bombed the tents of displaced people in the al-Attar area of Khan Yunis.
The sources noted that the occupation forces carried out massive bombing operations against civilian homes east of Gaza City and Jabalia in northern Gaza.
