Suspect arrested for killing one brother, injuring another in Hajjah

HAJJAH, May 28 (YPA)- Police in the district of Kushar of Hajjah governorate have arrested a suspect accused of shooting his two brothers, resulting in one fatality and one injury.

According to the Police, the victims were identified as the following:

The first victim, Adel Ibrahim Ali Hasan Qurban, 42 years old, succumbed to his injuries and died.

The second victim, Hashem Ibrahim Ali Hasan Qurban, 38 years old, was shot twice in the legs.

Authorities stated that upon receiving the report, the district security director, the criminal investigation director, and the deputy prosecutor of Kushar and Haradh districts moved to the crime scene.

The suspect was arrested, and legal measures were taken against him.

The crime was linked to a domestic dispute, police confirmed. The investigative process has been completed, with the case now in the hands of the competent prosecution.
