3 children injured in Saudi-backed militants’ shelling on Taiz
TAIZ, Feb. 10 (YPA) – At least three children were seriously wounded on Friday due to an artillery shelling of Saudi-backed militants on residential areas in the city of Taiz, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The artillery shells targeted houses of citizens towards al-Hoban area, east of the city. A number of shells fell on the house of Abdullah Abduljabbar Mahiob in al-Mandhor area of Sala district, which led to injuring three of his children.
Two of the injured were in serious condition, while a child underwent a surgery to remove shrapnel from her body and still under the intensive care, the official added.
