Israeli drone shot down east of Gaza City

GAZA, May 06 (YPA) – The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, announced on Tuesday that it had shot down a drone of Israeli occupation east of Gaza City.

In a military statement, the Al-Quds Brigades said its fighters had managed to shoot down the Israeli drone while carrying out intelligence missions in combat zones east of Gaza City. They confirmed that they had “taken control of it.”

Palestinian resistance factions in the Gaza Strip have been continuing the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation since October 7, 2023, in defense of the Palestinian people and holy sites, while simultaneously responding to the ongoing crimes and massacres committed by the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip.
