SANAA, May 05 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning on Monday called on citizens on Monday to take away from the floodwaters and valleys during rainfall.
In its weather bulletin, the center warned drivers of reduced visibility due to low clouds and rainfall, especially on mountain roads.
The bulletin affirmed that the scattered showers on different areas of Saada, Amran, Hajjah, Mahweet, Sanaa, Dhamar, Rayma, Ibb and Taiz, in addition to Dhalea, Bayda, Lahj, Abyan and Jawf.
Partly cloudy, with varying intensity of rain, may be along parts of the western coasts and the Tihama Plain, and scattered rain along parts of the southern and eastern coasts, the Socotra Archipelago, and adjacent inland areas.
The bulletin added that clear and hot weather during the day, with temperatures ranging between 36 and 41 degrees Celsius and light to moderate winds.
