Four earthquakes struck Gulf of Aden in record time

DHAMAR, April 26 (YPA) – Stations at the Yemeni Center for Monitoring and Study of Earthquakes and Volcanoes in Dhamar province recorded four marine tremors off the Yemeni coast in the Gulf of Aden on Saturday.

The center’s head, Engineer Mohammed Hussein Al-Houthi, confirmed that the monitoring stations recorded four earthquakes of varying magnitudes between 3.5 and 4.7 on the Richter scale in the Gulf of Aden.

Al-Houthi explained that the earthquakes occurred between 6:30 a.m. and 8:25 a.m. this morning.
