Hadramout witnesses angry demonstration against Zionist crimes against Gaza people

HADRAMOUT, April 25 (YPA) – Hundreds of citizens gathered on Friday in the center of Sayoun city of Hadramout province, eastern Yemen, in a protest vigil to denounce the ongoing genocide committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

The demonstrators expressed their support for the Palestinian resistance in Gaza by raising and chanting slogans. They called for unified popular and Arab efforts to support the Palestinian cause and reject the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Strip.

The vigil also included a poignant event presented by children that touched on the suffering of the children of Gaza, expressing their denunciation of the brutal crimes targeting children and women, amid a notable Arab and Islamic silence towards the ongoing massacres against the Palestinians.

At the conclusion of the vigil, participants issued a statement calling on the international community to assume its legal, moral, and humanitarian responsibilities to halt the Israeli aggression and take effective steps to protect innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip.
