Israeli soldier killed, 7 injured in clashes in northern Gaza

GAZA, April 25 (YPA) – Hebrew media sources reported on Friday that one Israeli soldier was killed and seven Israeli soldiers and officers were injured during clashes in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Hebrew website “Hadashot Le Tznzura” reported that the violent clashes resulted in the death of one soldier and the injury of others in the northern Gaza Strip, without providing further details regarding the nature of the injuries or their identities.

The media also reported that helicopters evacuated the wounded from the site of the clash, while the occupation forces are still facing fierce resistance on several fronts in northern Gaza, amid a continuing escalation of field operations.

These developments occurred in the context of the continuing violent battles between the Palestinian resistance factions and the Israeli occupation forces, as the resistance confirms its ability to continue fighting and cause direct losses among the ranks of the attacking forces.
