39 citizens martyred in fresh Israeli attacks over 24 hours

GAZA, April 23 (YPA) – About 39 citizens were martyred and 105 others wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.

The Gaza-based Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday in its daily report the death toll and injuries since March 18, 2025, has risen to 1,928, with 5,055 wounded.

At least 51,305 civilians have been killed and 117,096 injured in the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023.

The ministry noted that a number of victims have been remained under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and civil defense teams.
