SANAA, April 23 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning on Wednesday expected clear weather in several areas of Yemen.
In its weather forecast, the center indicated the coastal areas would be experienced clear to partly cloudy weather, noting that moderate to strong winds at times along the south of the west coast, the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, and the western Gulf of Aden, with maximum speeds reaching 30 knots.
According to the center, the weather in the desert areas might be clear during the day, with maximum temperatures ranging between 35 and 39 degrees Celsius, and the light to moderate.
It warned fishermen and seafarers south of the west coast, the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the western Gulf of Aden of high waves, urging them to take the necessary precautions.
The center called on citizens in desert areas and coastal plains to take necessary precautions against the warm weather.
