Zionist soldier killed, two others seriously injured in northern Gaza

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, April 20 (YPA) – Israeli Occupation Army Radio reported on Sunday the death of a military tracker (“combat tracker”) in battles in northern Gaza. A female officer and two other soldiers were also seriously wounded.

Ghaleb al-Nasasra, a tracker from the Bedouin community in Rahat, is the first Israeli soldier to be killed since the occupation broke ceasefire with Hamas  in mid-March.

In the same incident in which he was killed, two other trackers from the northern brigade were seriously injured.

Additionally, three female soldiers from the combat reconnaissance unit—among them an officer and a combat medic—were seriously wounded.

Israeli media quoted journalist Almog Boker, who said: “The company commander who was seriously injured yesterday in Gaza had also been wounded during the October 7 battles.”

According to Israel’s Channel 12, the two female soldiers who were injured yesterday in northern Gaza are currently in serious but stable condition at Beilinson Hospital. Both are under sedation and on ventilators, and one of them is expected to undergo another surgery soon.
