Dust wave expected sweeping various areas of Yemen

SANAA, April 16 (YPA) – National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning warned on Wednesday citizens in areas expected to receive rainfall.

In its weather bulletin, the center called on drivers on mountainous roads to warn also of reduced visibility due to rain and heavy fog, urging them to exercise caution and avoid crossing over ground bridges during rainfall.

It expected there might be a chance of scattered showers on mountainous highlands to the provinces of Ibb, Taiz, Lahj, and Dhalea, Saada, Hajjah, Mahweet, Sanaa, Rayma, Dhamar, and Bayda, as well as the highlands of Abyan and Shabwa.

Partly cloudy to cloudy weather with scattered rain showers on parts of the Hadramout and Mahra coasts, and parts of the southern coasts.

The center added that relatively dusty weather with the possibility of cumulus clouds forming and moderate-speed winds sweeping desert areas.
