SANAA, March 30 (YPA) – Yemen’s armed forces declared on Sunday that it had targeted Israeli occupation’s Ben Gurion Airport in the occupied Palestinian city of Jaffa.
Military spokesman, Brig. Gen. Yahiya Sarie said in a televised statement that the operation was carried out using a Zulfiqar ballistic missile, which successfully achieved its target.
The spokesman affirmed that came in support of the grievance of the Palestinian people and their esteemed and struggling resistance.
He emphasized that through this operation, the American aggression failed to prevent Yemen from continuing its support for the oppressed Palestinian people.
“The daily airstrikes on Yemen will not deter the armed forces from fulfilling their responsibilities,” Sarie went on to say. “Yemeni operations against the Israeli occupation will continue until the aggression in Gaza is stopped and the blockade on the enclave is lifted.
Earlier on Sunday, Saree said that the armed forces had struck the U.S. aircraft carrier, USS Harry S. Truman, and several hostile warships in the Red Sea three times in the past 24 hours.
