Thousands of Israeli settlers rally in Jaffa city against Netanyahu

ALQUDS, March 22 (YPA) – Thousands of Zionist settlers took part in a massive demonstration in Habima Square in the occupied city of Jaffa (Tel Aviv) on Saturday.

In a protest rally, the protesters demanded the return of prisoners, who are held by the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip, and rejecting the decisions of the occupation government’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to dismiss the head of the General Security Service (Shin Bet), Ronen Bar, and the government’s legal advisor, Gali Baharav Miara.

Yedioth Ahronoth reported that demonstrators gathered in large numbers in the main square of the occupied city of Jaffa (also known as Tel Aviv), expressing their discontent with the policies of the Netanyahu government, particularly after recent decisions they considered a threat to internal security.

These demonstrations came amid an escalating wave of protests within the Israeli occupation entity following the dismissal of the Shin Bet’s, in addition to the resumption of military operations in the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in hundreds of Palestinian casualties.

Last Sunday, Netanyahu summoned the head of the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) to his office and demanded his voluntary resignation, while Ronen Bar refused the call, prompting the prime minister to issue a decision to dismiss him, sparking widespread anger in political and security circles.

Netanyahu said on Saturday that Ronen Bar would not remain head of the Shin Bet and that there would be no civil war.
