Gaza death toll from Israel aggression on Gaza rises to 48,572

GAZA, March 17 (YPA) -The death toll in Gaza has risen to 48,572, the majority being women and children, since the Israeli genocidal war began in October 2023, Palestinian sources reported, citing health authorities.

According to the same sources, the number of injuries has also climbed to 112,032.

The sources indicated that 29 martyrs arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including 15 martyrs whose bodies were recovered, 14 new martyrs, and 51 injured as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

They added that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and the ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.
