Zionist airstrikes hit Damascus

DAMASCUS, March 13 (YPA) – Israeli occupation carried out an airstrike on Syria’s capital, Damascus, the latest of a series of violent Israeli airstrikes on the country recently, Syrian sources reported.

According to a source cited by Reuters, the target of the attack was a Palestinian figure.

Israeli media claimed that the target was linked to the “Islamic Jihad Movement.”

Video footage on social media shows plumes of smoke rising into the air.

Syrian sources reported that two missiles struck the Dummar Project area in the capital Damascus, causing damage to several buildings due to the bombing, which was accompanied by loud explosions.
