STC forces impose new fees on hharmacies in Aden

ADEN, March 03 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) Forces have imposed new fees in the city of Aden, amidst widespread violations in the areas under their control.

Local sources stated that the STC Forces recently imposed financial levies on pharmacy owners in al-Mansoura district, under the banner of fees for operating electric generators.

The issued directive has sparked widespread discontent among healthcare establishment and pharmacy owners, as it requires the payment of generator fees in order to obtain operating licenses.

This decision comes at a time when healthcare facilities are already grappling with rising operational costs and limited resources, which threatens the quality of services offered to citizens.
