‘Assassinations of leaders in Palestine, Lebanon will not stop resistance’: Hamas

GAZA, Feb. 24 (YPA) – Hamas Movement affirmed on Sunday that the cowardly assassinations of the resistance leaders in Palestine and Lebanon would not stop the resistance march.

This came in a statement made on the day of farewell to the martyred leader Hassan Nasrallah, the former Secretary-General of Hezbollah, and his successor, the martyred leader Hashem Safieddine.

The statement said it would remembered their firm and supportive positions for Palestinian people and its cause in the face of the brutal Zionist aggression and its genocidal war in the Gaza Strip.

It renewed its condolences to the Lebanese people and to the entire Arab and Islamic nation on the martyrdom of the two leaders.
