WEST BANK, Feb. 06 (YPA) -At least three Palestinian citizens were injured on Thursday morning due to an assault by the Israeli occupation forces near the city of Tubas, in the northern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that its medical teams dealt with three injuries caused by “severe beating” as a result of the occupation forces’ assault on Palestinians near the “Hamra” military checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley, near the city of Tubas.
The “Hamra” checkpoint, established by the occupation at a crossroads connecting West Bank cities with the central, southern, and northern Jordan Valley, has witnessed intensified military measures and repeated closures affecting the movement of Palestinians for about a year and a half.
These restrictions have increased in the past two days.
