SHABWA, Jan. 21 (YPA) – The terrorist organization “Al-Qaeda” admitted that two of its leaders were killed in an airstrike in Shabwa governorate, southeast of Yemen.
The organization confirmed in a statement circulated on social media that the leaders “Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Mughi, known as “Abu Ali Al-Disi”, and the leader “Ammar bin Saleh bin Mohammed Al-Awlaki”, known as “Abu Saleh Al-Diouli”, were killed in an airstrike that targeted them last week in Wadi Khora in the Lower Markha directorate.
An unknown airstrike, believed to be American, targeted a gathering of the organization’s elements in Wadi Khora, which is under the control of the extremist Emirati factions, the “Giants,” last Thursday.
On the other hand, informed sources reported that an air bombing targeted a gathering of terrorist elements in Al-Musaina’a area in the Al-Sa’id directorate, south of the city of Ataq, the center of Shabwa governorate.
